ST Engineering iDirect特此通知所有客户、经销商、运营商和合作伙伴，自2024年10月31日起，ST Engineering iDdirect将启动以下产品的生命周期终止流程：

FRC0710上变频器（产品代码：38084）

FRC0720下变频器（产品代码：38085）

FRC0730上下变频器（产品代码：38086）

FRC0740 L频段块式上变频器（产品代码：38087）

FRC0750有源L波段合路器和上变频器（产品代码：38088）

注1:ST Engineering iDirect将履行这些产品的采购订单，直至有效的销售结束日期（2025年10月31日），或直至供应结束。这些订单将受您与ST Engineering iDirect协议的条款和条件的约束。

注2：在本销售终止通知（2027年10月31日）后的三十六（36）个月内，ST Engineering iDirect将为签订有效支持合同的客户提供硬件维修或更换服务，其中包括在供货期间进行硬件维护。

End-of-Life Product Notice: FRC07X0


Dear Customer,

ST Engineering iDirect hereby provides notice to all Customers, Resellers, Operators and Partners that effective October 31, 2024, ST Engineering iDirect is triggering the End-of-Life process for the following products:

  • FRC0710 Upconverter (Product Code: 38084)

  • FRC0720 Downconverter (Product Code: 38085)

  • FRC0730 Up and Down Converter (Product Code: 38086)

  • FRC0740 L-band Block Upconverter (Product Code: 38087)

  • FRC0750 Active L-band Combiner and Upconverter (Product Code: 38088)

Note 1: ST Engineering iDirect will fulfill purchase orders for these products until the effective End-of-Sale date (October 31, 2025), or while supplies last. These orders will be subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement with ST Engineering iDirect.

Note 2: For a period of thirty-six (36) months following this End-of-Sale Notice (October 31, 2027), ST Engineering iDirect will provide hardware repair or replacement for customers with active support contracts which include hardware maintenance while supplies last.

Note 3: In addition, during the period of thirty-six (36) months following this End-of-Sale Notice, ST Engineering iDirect will continue to provide maintenance releases (bug fixes, patches and/or workarounds for critical bugs) for customers with active support contracts.
